  1. Don’t Drink Alcohol
  2. Don’t Eat Raw Meat
  3. Don’t Eat Deli Meat
  4. Don’t Eat Unpasteurized Milk Products
  5. Don’t Sit in a Hot Tub or Sauna
  6. Don’t Drink a Lot of Caffeine
  7. Don’t Clean the Cat’s Litter Box
